If you don't have a wave-table sound card like some people, you might want to want to download the Yamaha S-YG20 Tone Generator and the MIDPLUG for Netscape. Plays MIDIs using Yamaha samples, making it sound great. Click here to the Yamaha MIDPLUG site. Worth downloading if you only have either a) SB16 or some other clone which uses OPL/FM synthesis or b) if you have a PowerMac =). (warning: file is about 2-3 MB!)
