Born March 21, 1938 in Kane, he was a son of Clarence T. Hillard and Beatrice Shirley.
Mr. Hillard worked for Prudential Insurance as an agent and worked for United National Fuel.
He was in the U.S. Army Reserves for 25 years, active U.S. Army for four years.
Mr. Hillard is a past member of Pinecreek Volunteer Fire Department, the Army Reserve Association and the National Rifle Association.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Kevin (Angela J.) Thompson of Brookville; two sons, Michel L. and his wife, Barbara Hillard, of Ijamsville, MD, and Mark L. and his wife, Kay Hillard, of Thurmot, MD; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Tom (Sonja) Diethrich of Rockville, MD; and a brother, Charles and his wife, Louise Hillard, of Brookville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Michelle Lynn Hillard.
Services will be held at a later date.
Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Knoxdale.

Born March 26, 1912, in Shawville, he was the son of Jerome and Rachel (Kyler) Buck.
Mr. Buck has been employed as a coal miner.
He was affiliated with the Methodist faith and a member of Bradford Grange.
He is survived by a son, Donald Wayne Buck of Woodland; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Helen Jane) Maines of Clearfield and Mrs. William (Marsha Ann) Lumadue of Woodland; five grandchildren, nine gread-grandchildren and two sisters, Charlotte Buck and Georgie Hollback, both of Clearfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty J. (Graham) Buck on August 3, 1995; six sisters and a grandson.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Clearfield, Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. until the hour of services at 11 a.m.

Born July 7, 1902, in Houtzdale, she was a daughter of Patrick and Mary (Haney) Dugan.
Mrs. Wade was employed by William F. Gable Department Store of Altoona as a clerk until her retirement.
She was a member of the Christ The King Altar and Rosary Society.
On July 4, 1925, she wed Clifford Wade who died on December 1, 1966.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Lobb of Houtzdale; two grandsons, John and his wife, Kathleen of Penfield and Patrick and his wife, Evan of Gibsonia; two great-grandchildren, three sisters, Rita Evanochko of Trenton, NY, Peggy Laws of Philipsburg and Helen Dugan of Tyrone; a brother, Jerome Dugan of Shiremanstown; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and infant son, a grandson and six sisters, Sophia Poorman, Mary Sulton, Juliette Warrick, Rose McCamley, Ruth Flaig, Alice Dugan; and four brothers, Patrick, John, Bill and Haney.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ The King Catholic Church, Houtzdale, with Msgr. Desmond McGree and Fr. Martin D. McCamley officiating.
Interment will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
Friends will be received at Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale, today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9-10 a.m.
Christ the King Altar and Rosary Society will recite the Rosary at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Rev. Dennis C. Hadberg will offiiciate. Interment will be Bradford Cemetery.

Born September 28, 1916, in Madera, she was a daughter of Samuel and Bertha (Swanson) Fitzgerald.
Born December 11, 1921, in Pike Township, Curwensville RD, she was the daughter of George and Margaret (Malloy) Addleman.
Mrs. Stewart was retired as a salesclerk from the former Brody's store in downtown Clearfield after 25 years of service. Prior to working at Brody's, she was employed by Ziff's Tots to Teens in Clearfield and Milligan's Dress Shop in both Curwensville and Clearfield. She was a member of the Curwensville Presbyterian Church.
On September 1, 1950, in Winchester, VA, she wed John E. "Whitey" Stewart, who survives along with a son, Randy and his wife, Diane Stewart, of Curwensville, granddaughter, Amy Stewart of Curwensville; a grandson, Justin Stewart of Curwensville; a great_grandson and a brother, George Blair and his wife, Margaret Addleman, of Curwensville RD2.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Clyde and Fred Addleman.
Services will be at Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc., Curwensville, Monday at 11 a.m. with the Revs. Daniel T. Ledford and C. Richard Berggren co-officiating.
Interment will be at Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. until the times of service.
