Dear Dr. Gall,

Thankyou for your letter dated 10th May 1999 offering to give a second opinion
on  Dr. Blake's examinations in 1991. I will ask  Dr. Blake  to provide you with the
photographs he took, (not the phoney photographs he produced for pre-trial inspection in1994).
I have amended the Appeal Notice to include your report.

If Dr. Blake was correct in observing that the hymenal posterior edge was continuous with
the vaginal mucosa, could this be a congenital abnormality?
If not, how could this be caused?
