Buyskes

The two North Sea survey vessels Buyskes and Blommendal have as major task hydrographical duties troughout the North Sea, including the location and inspection of wrecks.

Hr.Ms. Buyskes was build in 1972. In 1973 - 2000 in service of the hydrographical section of the Royal Netherlands Navy.

Dimensions: 59.5 x 11.13 x 3.75 meters.

This model is not a kit. Its based on the original drawings of the shipyard and build on scale 1/100. Its completely scratchbuild. Some extra details have been added.

This model shows the vessel in its original configuration.



It is also a working small RC model, with 900 grams displacement.
