Cream of Vegetable Blender Style - by Sue Gurney


1qt. milk, 1/2c. raw corn kernels
1/2c. cooked parsnips, 1/4c. whole wheat flour
1/2c. cooked peas, Salt to taste
1/2 diced celery, 1 sprig each parsley, fresh dill
1/2c. cooked carrots, Toasted soybeans
Place all the ingredients except soybeans in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat, stirring unitl mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Sprinkle soybeans as garnish
