Ok, I ended up taking down the horrendous white backgrounds. My eyes!!!
"Each time I create a new theme for the same site I always hate the old one intensely. Like a what-was-I-thinking syndrome." - yep that was me back in July wondering why I had chosen white backgrounds after putting up the Architect Theme (before this one.)
I didn't come to loathe the Architect Theme as much as I thought. Gosh I remember how long it took me to make that thing, which wasn't even "good" time spent since I had nothing better to do after getting my DSL line cut.
This theme took me a couple months to make time to construct it. All I gotta say is that Photoshop 7 goes a long way. I wanna thank this one *hottie* I know for giving me a rad Photoshop trick book for Christmas which made everything on this site look a little bit cooler than it did back in 2003.
Anyways I started Chasing Wonder back in the summer o' 1998. I make all my own graphics and use pure HTML code. Don't ask me to do anything fancy with Flash or Java Script because it's just not gonna happen.
