Glenn W. Anderson, age 38, was born in Kalamazoo Michigan. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky BSEE, a Registered Professional Engineer, and amateur radio operator KD4FDU. Glenn is currently an electrical engineer with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and a member of the the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Team. He is involved in the specification and integration of cameras, roadway weather information stations (RWIS), wireless data, and changeable message sign technology for highway management. Glenn is responsible for ITS software, hardware and firmware development. Glenn has experience in LabVIEW, Visual Basic and Microchip (PIC) assembly.

Glenn has been involved in building and flying radio controlled airplanes since 1976. He made his first flight via airborne video in October of 1989.

Bill Dickerson, age 40, was born and raised in Frankfort KY. He received an AA in Electronics Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1984. He is currently employed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and supports the LAN functions for the Governor's Office of Technology.

Bill started flying model airplanes in 1986. Interest in flying led him to pursue a Private Pilot's license which he obtained in 1992. In 1994 he obtained his Amateur Radio license (KE4NVU) to work with aerial video on model aircraft.
