Shafts

The Titanium Carbon series of shafts offer the advantages of composite shafts, with the feel of steel.  There are six main Titanium Carbon shafts, with each shaft consisting of three(3) layer construction, with the major differences between the shafts being the quality and quantity of materials used to produce that particular shaft.  the shaft layers differ from shaft to shaft as follows:

 5 Star

 4 Star

 3 Star

 2 Star

As you ascend through the line of shafts you should notice several things: An increasing number of Titanium fibers running vertically on the shaft. A higher (stronger-more pure) modulus core from shaft to shaft. The use of T-1000 grade prepeg graphite on the 3, 4, and 5 Star shafts. T-1000 is the highest grade of prepeg graphite available to mankind. In addition to the differences in the composition of the shafts, it should also be noted that Honma has a policy whereas their most respected and skilled club makers are assigned the responsibility of creating the higher end or "prestige" clubs in the Honma line.
