Mycenae

Thought to either be the Mycenaen coat of arms, or the divine protectors of the city, many archaeologist have debate on what it really is.

Above is a view of the foundations of various house of Argos. This includes the 'House of Sphinx', ' Merchant's House', and 'House of Shields'.

And finally we have a  view of the Akropolis of Mycenae. Most of Mycenae is built upon this hill and surrounded by the  Cyclopean walls which protected the city in ancient times.

Now we cross back over the Korinthian Canal and head towards the cradle of Western civilization, Athens.
