SET/SETH

SET - Set has been called many things, from a devil to a destroyer. Set is not evil in any sense though. He is the necessary chaos and destruction everything needs in order to grow. Set will strip away the layers upon layers of learned habits, expectations, beliefs, etc......and let your true self show through. Set is like the desert sands, scouring everything clean, stripping away the unnecessary...leaving a new "landscape" behind.

Set has spoken to me several times, but just recently has He shown Himself to me. He appeared in His "human" form and He is quite an elegant man. Finely chiseled features, very distinguished looking, with silver streaks in dark hair. Dark piercing eyes. He wore a long robe with full sleeves, dark brown in color. I sensed the reserve in Him.....He is very much a loner, prefering to roam by Himself....staying away from the Others by choice. I felt the deep hurt in Him. And I felt the incredibly deep, intense love and longing He has for his wife, Nebet Het.

Set had placed upon me the task of finding an image of Him showing His "human" form. He isn't really happy with the animal-like image found everywhere that portrays Him. The small image above is the closest I've come to a picture of how Set appears to me. A very elegant gentleman.
