BASTET - Sweet, playful, sensual Bastet.  My first impression of Bastet was of a warm brown body baking on the sands of a beach.....totally enjoying the sun's heat, ocean's breezes and salty spray.  Bastet has shown Herself to me as a woman clothed in a long gown of liquid gold material that flows with the slightest movement.

Bastet is joy....the sweet gentle perfume of a delicate flower, the feel of silk against your body, the bubbles in a bubblebath, the dance of music through your soul.

Many people use the cat image to represent Bastet.  Yes, She was and is considered the protectress of cats, and often appeared either in total cat body, or a beautiful woman with a cats head.  After all, cats are probably the most sensual of all creatures!

If you listen carefully, you can hear Her playing Her sistrum in the gentle tinkle of a windchime.  I've used a golden tiger's eye to communicate with Her.
