This is the best outdoor chicken recipe ever made. No question. Hands down. Try it and humble yourself before it.
Stuff:
3 lbs chicken breast, skin-on
4 T garlic, pounded into a paste
1/4 cup sugar
3 T soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup dark beer
salt
Marinade the chicken in all the other stuff for 8 hours, turning frequently. Fire up the grill and BBQ those puppies until they're cooked. Nuthin' else to say, really.
This is a great chicken base for fajitas. Also, I made this recently with a tomato-chili sauce and served it on tortillas with spectular results.
