NEW CLASS AT USJS!!!

Drora Oren will teach Hebrew Beginning 1 Adult Class for the Granite School District at Cottonwood High Community School. The class offers conversational approach to learning Hebrew. Learn basics of speaking, reading and writing skills.

Classes will take place every Thursday from 6:30PM - 9:00PM, January 25 - March 22. The tuition is only $84 for a total of 22.5 hours - a real bargain! If you are interested please call 273-2110 to register. For more information call Drora at 277-8953 or e-mail: [email protected]

The USJS will not have a Hebrew Beginning Adult Class this year. However, if there will be enough interest USJS would like Drora to teach a monthly "Book Club" in Hebrew for people who have basic knowledge of the language and wish to keep up their Hebrew. The class will begin February 2001 (time and location TBA). If you are interested, please call Drora Oren (277-8953) or Deborah Feder (364-3856).

USJS Tikkun Olam Project

The USJS students presented a show for residents at Friendship Manor (next door to the USJS) under the coordination of Michele Struabe. The event was a very successful! The audience was most appreciative of the talent and enthusiasm of the students. Nice work, everyone!
