What is the latest in Quester's art career? His art seems to be moving toward another dimension of reality.

Welcome TO QUESTER'S TERRITORY AND HIS RATHER EXTENSIVE ART GALLERY

We enjoy bringing you this great selection of canvas pictures as part of the Quester Territory in today's world .. This is the eighth page of his numerous pictures.

As you can see here is one happy guy again holding his latest in 2005.

How about that! Can you imagine the fun of backpacking in the northern wilderness of Arizona's four-corner's area? (2004) It brings out the artist in me and I can't resist playing with one of my favorite backgrounds for my very favorite person. She always brings out the best in me.....

And then there is my favorite movie-star. Where else would you find him than in Texas?

Every time we drive through San Antonio I think about the Alamo and how Texans gave themselves to keep Texas for Texans. (painted in 2005) It was a time of danger and terror. The terror came from below the border and it is still an active area for terror today. Drug lords rule the border and they don't shot from the hip but from automatic machine pistols! Here we have John Wayne wondering about the future of San Antonio and Texas.

And once again comes a picture out of my old memories of my stay in Italy. I did do a painting while there of the great bridge over the Grand Canal. This one done this week in 2005 took me back to many memories of what those week-ends in Venice were like when I sat on docks and painted along the water's edge.

Here I am again doing another picture in 2005 of a lighthouse with a couple of whooping-cranes keeping the lighthouse company.

Here you can compare it with the lighthouse at the beginning of this page labled lighthouse with wild sky.

Can you imagine this happy guy again holding his latest picture. This one was finished in the new year of 2006. Could that possibly be someone named Marilyn? Could that be a scene from the Mediterrean area? Yes, that is something out of my fantacy.

This movie gal has had my attention every since I put up a website giving her little red diary a chance to show how she loved blonde jokes. Of course there is more than that on that site.

---Below is shown the cover of a book that has not lead a very charmed life. It came out in print last year and then the distributor, after doing joint-ventures with 1100 authors putting up several thousand dollars each, went into Chapter 11. After the publisher disappeared into the foothills of Scottsdale, Arizona, the book's fate was sealed. It went from the shelves of Waldenbooks and Barnes & Noble to but several hundred copies on the auction block. Since this makes it a very limited edition, it should be among the more expensive books available. For a limited time it can be purchased from the authors for $9.95 including shipping. (add $1.25 more for Canada) Place your order with: G. & G. Beimers, P.O. Box 2667 Port Aransas, TX 78373.

---This young adult fiction was co-authored by Gertrude Hii Beimers, a Chinese from E. Malaysia who collected classical Chinese stories told by her mother and used them throughout a central story about a young Chinese girl with a unique problem. Mee-ing is her name. Mee-ing finds herself a daughter in a family that values sons, a girl in a culture that values boys, and young in a village that respects the old. Sentenced to the role of servant and caretaker, her imagination takes wings when she listens to her mother's stories.

---By day her widowed mother struggles against their poverty and the little family of three manage to survive in their jungle village. The mother the real dragon in the story, fills the children's minds with stories of ghosts, lost children, unhappy brides, and brave maidens. Then Mee-ing finds that she is to be sold as a "child-bride" to the village's butcher who has raised a rascal of a son and needs to provide him with a future wife. How will Mee-ing solve her problem? There is a way...

All families should own a copy of classical Chinese children's stories. If you would like to order this book from Amazon Books just type in the search box below and it will come up for you. They dropped our book from their catalog for lack of response I guess. You can write for a copy at:
