This version of the story is quite different from the others. The Nautilus picks up some survivors of a ship that was tossed about in a storm. (Nemo does not sink any ships in this version.) They are saved by the crew of the Nautilus and taken to Templemer-an underwater city. They learn how to live in this city, but some want to leave. One survivor and Nemo end up falling in love (the romance is not as thick in this version as in the Ben Cross version). Robert Ryan did a good job of portraying Captain Nemo. In all, this was a pretty good story.
