Yeoman: Acts as liason between command and each department, at the "human" level
Science: Technology niche
Engineering: Ship's helpmates, meeting setup and breakdown

Security: Watch for trouble, informs command of termoil or confusion
Medical: Concerned with the health of the ship and its crew, parties and promotion
