Annual Elections Notice
NOTICE>>> The Annual Election
of CO/XO will be held this month <<<NOTICE
(Only Starfleet members can nominate or vote)
Civilians are free to express their opinion and campaign
for their choice
Starfleet members who can't attend, should send a
proxy to represent you.

Commander Bill Litz, will assume Command of the annual StarQuest
CO/XO elections

Elections procedures (subject to change as Commander Bill
sees fit)

Open nominations for CO will be heard (only Starfleet members).

Open floor CO campaigning...

CO nominees then speak, explaining what they can/will do
as CO for the club.

Closed vote will be held, and CO elect will be announced.

Commander Bill does not vote unless his vote is needed to
break a tie.

CO elect nominates his choice for XO.

Open floor XO campaigning...
-
XO nominees then speak, explaining what they can/will do
as XO for the club.

Open nominations for XO will be heard.
-
Closed vote will be held, and XO elect will be announced.

The CO elect and XO elect are then tortured, put to death,
cooked and eaten.
