4LEAD, initially known as Four (4) Legends Engineering and Architectural Design, was founded in 2015 by four friends who were engineers and architects aiming to start their own construction company. However, due to different priorities that had risen from themselves, the team (4) four was not made possible or the four did not materialize. Despite this, two of the founding members, Engr. Chris Cruz and Bibian Jatulan, continued with the vision of establishing an independent trade contractor, hence the birth of 4LEAD.
Tracing its roots back to 2010, after a decade of experience in the construction industry, a husband and wife decided to venture out and started to independently pursue residential projects. Both employed, skilled, and professionals proven in their field of expertise, they carry the principles of being committed to customer satisfaction in every project, combining expertise, this duo transformed into a cohesive and efficient team, bringing together each packed with collective experience from previous contracts both inside and outside employment, which are not limited to repair and renovation, customer handling, civil and electrical engineering, and interior and exterior design, and the result, a small but complete and efficient team capable of handling complex and diverse project developments.
The couple was supported by its employer Bestrend Ventures Corporation. to be an exclusive fit out contractor of the company. Catering the needs of some well-known general contractors and developers such as MDC, EEI, Global Estates, DMCI and MegaWorld. Today, 4LEAD Construction Services is a simple but capable team, dedicated to delivering projects that meet and exceed client objectives.
