Rockingham, Brattleboro and Bethel all share 460.475. Bethel essentially uses 460.475 in the southern portion of its area, which extends down to Reading. I know I've heard VSP units doing speed enforcement talking to Bethel on .475 in Hartford. Bethel also uses 460.425 for its northern area, which extends north to Randolph and Brookfield and state channel 4 when the two primary dispatch frequencies are busy. If I had to guess, and this is only a guess, I'd say the line between 460.475 and 460.425 is somewhere around Sharon. 
I can confirm Windham Co. still working 158.730, 460.450 and 857.2125. I haven't heard anything on 858.2125 recently but it may be a special use tactical and I have it in my radio. The complete list of county sheriffs as compiled by the list members are:
