http://www.nefert.net/pomp/interventions.html - this is a page from the Marseille FD website with photo series from various incidents - several EMS incidents are shown - there is also a photo of forestry pumper at the beach with a boat and helo in the background - the US version of the website lists some info about the FD and SAMU cooperating, and info about 4 industrial stations plus 1 airport station - they have a huge fire boat - 100? feet long - airport has 3 large crash rigs - look at Photos of Engins to see a 4 wheel steer Unimog urban pumper for narrow streets - I think that it can "crab walk" like the Paris ladders used to be able to do - the Mayor commands the FD but the military provides the SOPs and rank structure
