This course is ideal if you want to develop skills and knowledge of software and hardware and gain a greater understanding of the IT industry. It will advance your problem-solving skills and give you an introduction to this rapidly expanding industry.

Focusing on using software, you'll cover all aspects of computer systems and carry out basic installation and configuration. You'll learn how to design and create databases, edit computer-generated images and learn about the uses and features of tablets, like iPods, and other mobile devices. The units will develop your team work skills applied to computing and IT. We have strong links to industry and are a Cisco Academy and a member of the Computing and Technology Industry Association, so what you learn is up to date and relevant to your future career.
