here we learn about how to adapt software to an individuals needs. this could be adding things to the toolbar or customising the toolbar and also adapting working documents via zooming in with the magnifier or changing icon sizes to make them bigger.
most of the assignments included: creating macros, adding an auto text entry and making icons bigger. setting up a default printer
