What are they doing right?

My competetors are providing users with easily accessable information and ways to book with them. They are providing services offered as well as prices and brands of skincare used. Some sites have really good pictures of them in action as well as clients' skin, brows, lashes, ect. after they have had services performed.

What are they doing wrong?

A lot of local competetors that I have looked at are missing a few key things in their sites. Some will have really good detail about what each service is, but there are no pictures on their site making it unappealing to the eye. Other sites will have lots of pictures, but they're lacking in information and their site is kind of hard to navigate.

What I'm going to do better.

In order to create a successful site, I am going to make sure to provide a mix of all the things I like from my competetors. I will make sure to include a short and sweet version of what I have to offer for users who know what they want as well as descriptions of services and products for people who are new to skincare. Too many hyperlinks can be confusing, so I will consolidate my information and make everything easy to find. I will also make my site appealing by providing pictures, a color palate, and organization that is pleasing to look at and navigate through.
