At the present time, the Microsoft Internet Explorer etc. software programmer would be pleased to add two item "Show as Chinese traditional" and "Show as Chinese simplified" to "Menu View Encoding", regardless of the HZ, GB, Big5 encoding scheme (ref. Microsoft internet browser IE5 was at its peak in about year 2000, later IE6 did fix error of IE5 to a certain extent; the "computer unicode" was to combine traditional and simplified Chinese character as well as other language symbol from all over the world, but its disadvantage was world language monopoly to make it too difficult for the people to change a character, or to make it too easy for the organization collective structure machinery to change character, and to hugely increase, divide and disperse the meaningful practical useful tight Chinese language character).
