Howlswealde is ran by a coven of werewolf witches called The Morrow Coven.
Outsiders visit their various magical shops, some of which are one-of-a-kind. A popular shop is Rent-A-Witch, where you can choose a specific witch to help you with a project and/or magical need.
Howlswealde has a University devoted to teaching magic of various kinds. Just a few classes are spiritualism, magical theory, and battle magic!
There is a rumor that Howlswealde itself is tied to the leader of the coven in some way, but no one quite knows how.
People from Howlswealde are called Howlers.
The local tavern, The Enchanter's Chalice, has its own brewery that makes various kinds of mead. It is also the town where absinthe originates.
