Help Lobbies PalTalk Help Lobbies have the advantage over the "Computers - Hi Tech" category in that they offer support in many different languages and they specialize in the PalTalk program. Click on the "groups" button (on your PalList) > double-click "Paltalk Help Groups" > join any of the groups you see. Check the banner for any links that might answer your question BEFORE you ask the admin. I highly recommend you read the useful PalTalk text messages that continually scroll by in the Help Lobbies, even if you don't have a question about the program. Refrain from social chat in these groups. The admin with red nicknames do volunteer work for PalTalk and they will look something like this @Alberta226 (palsupport) and this @Alberta226 (palhelp) in the group list. The red hats have the ability to PM anyone on PalTalk, whether they have their blocks up or not, so they might answer your question in a PM.

Computers - Hi Tech Try this category first because Tech groups are better than the PalTalk Help Lobbies in most cases. Tech groups will not help with hacks, cracks, warez and peer to peer programs (except for the removal thereof).
If you need help with PalTalk (mic, sound and web cam issues) and computer problems click on the "groups" button (on the PalList) > select "Computers - Hi Tech" > press the "req talk" icon once to raise your hand and wait for assistance. These rooms get busy at times so please have patience. Do not PM the admin for answers.
Wait until you are on called to the mic as the admin may be helping those users without a mic in PM. State your problem as clearly as possible. Keep your eyes on the text after you ask your question.
Text questions can be addressed at any time. Please indicate if you can hear those on mic or not if you ask your questions in text.

Paint Shop Pro Help Join us on PalTalk on Wednesday evenings at 8:00 PM EST (and other times too) to talk with "theProf", staff and friends. From your main PalTalk window click the "Groups Button" find the "Computer - HiTech" category and click on "PSPUG Group" to join. If you don't have a mic, you still can chat using text. Once you sign in click "Add Pal" from the main pal window, enter "theProf" and the nick will show up in your online pals list when they are online.
