Current United Nations stamps and related philatelic items may also be obtained at the UN Postal Administration sales counter, which is located on the concourse level of the General Assembly Building, 1st Avenue and 45th Street, New York City. The counter is open seven days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however weekend hours are curtailed in January and February each year and on some public holidays. At all times, the sales counter is subject to security closures. To confirm counter hours, visitors can call (212) 963-7698.
For the convenience of collectors, United Nations stamps can also be purchased from the UNPA offices in Geneva and Vienna. The Vienna office services customers residing in Austria and Germany while the UNPA Geneva office processes orders for customers in all other parts of Europe. The addresses of these two offices are:
