This
"issue" is thought to be a fraud perpetrated by Max Normal Design who
supposed the existance of an alliance formed between the Nowherians and the
fictional "Illumin Nation" who subsist entirely on electricity derived from
microwaves(?)! The stamps were supposedly created during a "Blackout" when
no "current" stamp stocks could be located (not that any existed!) in the
dark. They were then overprinted for each "day" of the disaster with
the original stamps purporting to have been issued on the second day.
