| The Overlord: The man known as The Overload was born two and a half centuries ago as Lionel Hart the son of Markus Hart who was Head Preist of his world. However Lionel was inticed by the powers the Dark Arts could give him and while his father taught him the Holy arts he began to study the Dark Arts at night. The years passed and his father died making him the Head Preist. Still he studied the Dark Arts in private, and with the help of a demon named Firght and every day his powers as a Warlock grew stronger, until finally he felt he was ready. During a meeting with the king he revealed his powers by attacking him. However the king's own Holy Magic was to powerfull and he was |
| overcome by it. He fled his village and continued to build his power. A decade later he returned with new powers and an enslaved army. For three years the armies of Lionel and the Empire clashed until Lionel was killed and those he enslaved free. With his death the people thought that they were free of him and they seemed to be. However his wife, who had managed to escape, used her own formidable magic to return his soul to his body. Now immortal he quietly ruled a secluded island/continet/country undiscovered by the Empire until ready fifty years later. And then with the help of his Queen he finally conqured his world through a war that last only one year While dead he learned that there was more out there to rule than just one wolrd. There was an entire omni-verse for him to conquer and he's been preparing for the comming war against Khazan ever since. |

| The Dark Queen: Odyssey Kane was born into a normal low-class farming family. No members of her family possessed any magic and were all highly religous, like most of the people in her small village. So it came as a severe shock to her entire village when they learned she was dabbling in the Dark Arts. She was sixteen and it was during the first year of the war between the Dark Arts lord Lionel and the armies of light and so the Empire was not lenient upon her. They decided to make an example of young Odyssey by be-heading her. The pulic execution was sheduled to take place in one week and she was locked away. |
| The day of the execution came and as she was being led to the Guillotine when screams suddenly arose from the forest around the court yard. In moments hundreds of Lionel's army had surounded the court yard and were restraining the Mages there as the people's defense. Lionel approached Odyssey and asked her to be his Queen. She gazed out at the people who used to be her friends but had only moments before been cheering he execution. Lionel broke her bonds and she turned to face the crowd. With just a few words which carried with them the sound of her anger at the people she cast a spell that destroyed the entire court yard, including a handful of Lionel's own army. Together the two left. After his death she revived him and with his new powers he made her immortal like him. |

| The Dark Prince: The son of Lionel and Odyssey, Drego Hart, born one hundred years ago, is not an immortal like his parents. The magic Odyssey possesses that makes her immortal mixed with Lionel's own ethereal existance combined to give Drego an extended life, though not as long as a Demons, and not immortality. He ages the physical equivalent of one year every ten years making him currently look only ten. His father cast an immortality spell on him that will stop his aging at 250. Drego inherited his mother's ability to quickly master magic and his father's immense reserve of it, as well as his thirst for power. | Fright the Demon: Firght, a demon over five thousand years old, and Lionel's former mentor. The aging Demon would be the human equivalent of fifty. Yet don't let his age fool you, he is still a formidable fighter with over four thousand years experience under his belt. Fright's life goal had been world domination but as he had aged he felt his dream sliping away. That's when he'd met the young Lionel and began to train him. If he couldn't conquer the world himself he'd train someone to do it for him. Now that Lionel does rule he serves as Drego's Martial Arts and Magics teacher, as well as Lionel's top general. |

| Maximus and Natasha: Fifteen years before Lionel took over Maximus and his wife Natasha were considered the Earth's worst threat. They, as Lionel had, were trying to overcome the Empire's army and each attempt for ten years failed. However Lionel had become interested in them and their Mastery of the Dark Arts. He, along with Fright and his wife, caught up with them just outside of a city only a week after another of their defeats. | they found out how wrong they were when they arrived at the head of Lionel's army of enslaved and demons. While they commanded the troops on the field Fright ran things from behind the scenes only revealing his presence when needed. |

| Lance La'Shaul: Two months into the great war, the war which gave the world to Lionel, a Warlock named Lance La'Shaul approached Lionel wishing to join his army. His only request as payment, to be given his own land to rule as he wished. Lionel promised him this, and more, if he could do what Maximus and Natasha had yet to do. Conquer the great city of Kalama, the largest city in the kingdom. Then he could join. La'Shaul nodded his agreement to this and set off for Kalama. He arrived days later and in only a few hours had broken through thier outter defenses. The army outside poured into the city and a |
| great and furious battle began. Hours passed and soon days. While the rest of the army pressed on to other locations, other cities and forts that needed destroyed, they fought. For two long months, a longer battle than even the one for the castle itself. In the end La'Shaul's formidable magic proved to much even for the numerous Mage's and Wizards in Kalama, and it too fell. Like everyone else who joined Lionel, Lance La'Shaul was made Immortal. | The High Priestess: Elisa Moon was born only ten years after Lionel took over. Born in the city of Gamel, Lionel's capital city, she was contantly surrounded by Demons and in training Warlocks. To protect her self on the dangerous roads and in the castle when she needed to got there she began to teach herself magic. A confrontation broke out within the palace walls one day between her and a Demon that wouldn't leave her alone. Fright had been standing just inside the castle and saw the beginings of the battle. | been demanding that Demons not be allowed to do as they please with Humans. So Fright began, though at no real hurry, to cross the expance to where they were. That's when he saw he cast a spell that tore the Demon into shreds. Not an easy task considirng that particular Demon had been quite powerful. Other Demons in the area were about to attack and kill her but Fright ordered them back and took her to see Lionel. Both he and Odyssey where in agreement after seeing her powers, she would be perfect for the position of High Priestess. She would represent Lionel, Odyssey, Fright, and after his birth Drega too when they couldn't be present somewhere. She took quickly to her position and the power over the Demons and Humans alike that it gave her. |
