Mom runs just about every aspect of our life, in the nicest possible way.
She feeds/cloths/manages/councils/arbitrates/cleans the computer screen and fights for everything that we are. I honestly don't know where I would be without her.
I guess I am lucky in that I have a wife who is also my best friend.
I have tried to get mom to put her own point of view, but, I have to be honest, she is a bit of a Luddite when it comes to new technology. The closest she has come to using the PC is sitting at the desk to make a phone call !
One more thing, she is mad on Apollo 13, she knows every word of the movie, has worn out the cd and drives us mad every time there is anything remotely related to space (hence my choice of a starscape background to her page) or NASA on the TV. I wonder if this had anything to do with our trip to the USA being to Texas ? Dallas in particular (no, we didn't get to South Fork) and the Johnston Space Centre http://www.jsc.nasa.gov/ in Houston.
