Getting Started - Quick Start
Step 1: Choose a profile from the “Profile” pop-up menu on the left “General” panel;
Step 2: Click the “Add” button to add video or audio files that you wish to convert to the program list;
Step 3: Click the “Convert” button to start converting.
- How to set the profile
After adding the files, please select the files you wish to set, and select a profile from the “Profile” pop-up menu on the left “General” panel.
Meanwhile, you can also adjust the video bit rate and the audio bit rate for the selected profile, and set the output file name for the selected file on the “General” panel.
Tip: After setting the profile for the selected files, you can adjust parameters by the “Advance” panel.
For video formats, you can set their codec, video bit rate, video size, frame rate, etc. For audio formats, you can set their audio codec, audio bit rate, sample rate and channels, etc. Meanwhile, you can also choose a segment of the selected file and convert it. As for MP3, you can edit the ID3 labels for the output files.
Choose the parameters to meet your needs. In most cases, the default works well.
- How to set the destination
The program supports to set the path that you wish to save the output files.
To do this, click the “Browse” button, and then select the required path from the pop-up folder.
- How to view the file
The program supports a preview window on the left main interface to view the selected file.
Select the file you want to view and click the “Play” button to play it. When the movie is playing, “Pause”, “Stop”, “Capture frame” and “Open Snapshot Folder” buttons will be all available.
Tip: This function is only for previewing the source file.
- How to view the conversion result
After the conversion is done, click the “Open” button at the bottom of the main interface to browse the output files.
- How to view the conversion log
After a conversion is done, you can view the conversion log.
To do this:
After the conversion is done, select a file, and click the “Log” button at the bottom of the main interface. View the conversion log in the “Log” Window that appears.
Tip: if it is necessary, please reserve the log, and when you contact us for technical support, please attach the conversion log with your mail.
