pantheism

We may not be using this word often in our daily lives. But believe me....If you remember this word, you can easily remember at least 10 other words. But How???...........Let's examine.

The word "pantheism" has two important roots in it. Those are pan- and theo-. Here pan-  is  a prefix, which means All. (to remember this prefix., think of PAN AMERICA brand which means ALL AMERICA), theo- is  another root, which means God ( to remember this root think of an ATHEIST or a THEIST. In fact, the word 'enthusiasm' originated from this very root, though we use this word for non religious purposes).

So.....now we can easily get the meaning of the word "pantheis. It is an "-ism" which supports the worship of all Gods. It's the opposite of monotheism, (again another root mono- means one) which says that there is only one God.

It's not completed yet..........Let's explore more words on these roots in the coming days
