My goal is to integrate the best of Western and Eastern art. I am constantly inspired and awed by the beauty of the world we live in, with its diverse people, cultures, urban and country landscapes.
Since retirement as a hospital library department manager, I've enjoyed taking art classes and more recently teaching others the joys of watercolor and asian brush painting. I'm an active member of the Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society, the Fine Arts League of Cupertino, and served on the Fine Arts Commission for the city of Cupertino. I currently teach classes in beginning watercolor and Asian brush painting.
