Clubhouse Redecorated
The clubhouse has recently been redecorated with new paint, carpet and a fresh new inviting look. Clubhouse rentals are available.

 
Garage Doors
We would encourage all to keep their garage doors closed. This gives our community a much neater appearance and it also discourages break-ins and vermin.

Parking
When repair people come to your home, please, have them either park in your driveway or drop off whatever tools and items they need and then have them park in the guest parking spots. Our streets are not wide enough to have them park on the street. It makes it very difficult for the trash man to get down the street — often the trash is missed for this very reason. Also, emergency equipment (fire trucks, ambulance, etc.) will have a tough time getting through if needed. Please be considerate of your neighbors!

Trash
Trash needs to be in covered containers and/or closed bags. You might want to spray a little ammonia on the bags to keep the critters from tearing into them. Boxes need to be torn down and enclosed in a trash bag or the trash people will not take them. Follow -up trash pick-up is costly.

Signs
Only ON “For Sale” sign is allowed in the window of your unit. Open House signs are allowed only - during the hours of the open house and need to be taken down immediately. It is your responsibility to let your realtor know the Shorewalk rules.

Architectural Request Forms
Architectural request forms are needed for all changes made outside your unit such as: Deck, Patio Door, Window, Landscape, Satellite Dish placement, etc.
If you are installing a new furnace arid it is to be vented through the roof or side of your unit, an architectural request is required.

PETS

We love your pets almost as much as you do, but we would love them more if you would comply with the rules

Pets- are not allowed to be tethered at Shorewalk.

Are not allowed to be outside unless on a leash
Must be picked up after.

Safety
Help our community be safe! Observe all stop signs and speed limits.
