| With 27 years in the adult correctional field, a 24-7 business, Gary has had extensive involvement related to schedule design, implementation, and related costs. Most recently Gary has had the lead in developing a Performance Outcomes System for the Ministry of Corrections Ontario. He also had the lead in successfully re-negotiating compressed work week shift schedules for over 40 correctional facilities across the province of Ontario. He also conducted a correctional officer post audits across the province to determine staffing requirements. Gary has also acted as a consultant with Corrections Canada in developing shift schedules for correctional officers |

| Carl DeGrandis retired from the Ontario Public Service after a distinguished 34 year career in the correctional field. He began as a supervisor of Juveniles in 1967 and remained with the Juvenile system in various supervisory capacities until 1975. In February of 1975 Carl began with the adult offenders system and has held the position of Superintendent since 1976 at different facilities including maximum security jails and detention centres and Young Offender facilities. In 1984 Carl was appointed manager of Young Offender Act implementation and planned for the successful transformation from the Juvenile Deliquents Act to the Young Offenders Act. Carl retired from Ontario Corrections in June 2002. |
