02. You do not have to have a website to join, but if you have one, I'd like the link.
03. If you do have a site, you must place a code or a text link someplace on your site. If I go to your site and do not see a link, you will be added to the member list without your site listed. (Hey, I'll be actively linking your site, so please return the favour!)
04. No porn/racist/abusive/hate sites. Sorry, but it just ain't on.
