Unfortunately, they had stayed too long on Earth, and without the soil from Landover in which to root as a tree sometimes, Willow would not survive. Which left it up to Questor Thews to save them. He set out to seek help, and to make thing worse the imp had escaped and sought the help of the evil witch Nightshade, returned from her exile in Faerie.
