There are a number of fitness classes available on True Blue
campus. They include step aerobics, kick-boxing, yoga, dance,
and self-defense. Fitness classes are held every day of the
week and are a wonderful way to stay in shape while on the
island. The schedule changes every term and can be found in
the gym at True Blue.
Along with fitness classes, there is also a gym with free
weights and machines. The gym is open-air so we can feel the
cool Caribbean breezes while working out.
