| His last name describes him pretty well. Jekk's role in SGF movies is very important. For years, Jekk Porkins looked up to his brother, Jek Porkins, in admiration. Jek could fly starships. When Jekk was old enough, he immediately enrolled in Yuzza's Flying Academy. In no time he was a flying ace. His ship of choice, the Y-wing, matched his personality. Large, sluggish, and tough, he instantly chose this ship when he went shopping for starfighters on Coruscant. After picking out his "Little Piggy", as he called the Y-wing, he was eager to put it to good use. He heard from his childhood friend, Ugine Frank, about The Race that was going to take place on Tatooine in a few days. Jekk flew to the barren desert world immediately and entered the "Little Piggy" in The Race. The next day he went up against pilots from all over the galaxy, ranging from Rodians to Dugs, in the high-speed race. Apparently The Race was a little too speedy. Jekk won The Race because all of the other pilots died or crashed. Somehow Jekk got stuck in the "Little Piggy's" cockpit and couldn't get his medal. It took three days to pry him out of there. Once he got out he recieved his well-earned medal and got back in the Y-wing. He flew around the galaxy searching for the best fast food place he could find. While he was searching on his homeworld, Bestine IV, he met up with Ugine once again. Jekk decided to travel with Ugine, a.k.a. The Dinosaur Hunter, to Mr. Hammond's Lab near the Unknown Regions. Soon he found himself to be part of a team sent to The Island to take pictures of the dinosaurs that inhabit the planet. While there, he found a hamburger, and since he hadn't eaten in many days, he adored it more than the "Little Piggy". Their little excursion to The Island soon became a disaster when the Galactic Empire became involved. The 4-member team quickly became two. Jekk and Ugine, the only two survivors of the team, left the planet. They landed on a nearby planet, and the dinosaurs that were secretly stowed in the ship escaped. A T-Rex swallowed Jekk's hamburger whole. Unfortunately, Jekk was eaten by the T-Rex, because he risked his life to save his beloved hamburger. |
