Multimedia
"The Gemini Project"
Heavy Cat Multimedia, creators of Lady Star (ladystar.net), was "acting as Producer for a next-generation videogame based on the characters of Sailor Moon."  Over four years in the making, the game developed several unique and authentic 3-D animated sequenses, as well as many musical tracks that true Sailor Moon fans would have loved.
Unfortunately, the project was postponed several times and, because of this, did not meet the production release deadline.  Then, due to various responses of uninterest and a sudden nation-wide stop of Sailor Moon product distribution, the game has been, it seems, canceled.
Heavy Cat had reported that there would be up to twelve different playable characters, and it looked like the area of gameplay would be in 3-D itself, the system of choice seeming to be a Sony Playstation2 or Nintendo Game Cube.
The game was to be based not only on intense research by the Heavy Cat staff (now that's homework that most of us wouldn't mind, eh?), but also on surveys requesting the voice of Sailor Moon fans all over the English speaking world.
       The
Heavy Cat Multimedia website provided a preview of the game using Flash 6 or Flash MX player that tickled my nerves to watch, as well as images and logos from the game, but it also heightened fans' anticipation for the game's release, having many set to believe that it would have been August of 2003.  It was not too long after this when Heavy Cat reported that morale was droping, along with budget.  They finished their report with a shutdown of the operation and a hope that someday it may once again come to life.

If you ever check this site with some consistancy, you'll notice that updates are scarce indeed.  I'm sorry.  Senior year was crazy, and I'll be starting college full-time in about 2 weeks.  I look at this site (which I started when I was 14!) and see how much of a fan site it really is--watching the show and writing about what I saw (not to mention with horrible spelling and gramar!).  It's been awesome, and I loved hearing compliments from people around the world, but it this site is to be done right, it will have to be redone.  This means that this site may never actually be updated again, but I won't delete it.  I'm kinda attatched to it...  ^_^

Thank you for all of the support this site has received since 2000!

On this first page, you will find my "ideal" layout if I can ever get my paws back on building and updating a fansite again.  From left to right:
1.) Imediate information regarding Sailor Moon and site updates.
2.) Traditional fan information on the anime series
Sailor Moon.
                3.) Not-so-new news related to
Sailor Moon or about me.
4.) Downloads!  Things like music, desktop fun, and games.

Now, this is a fan site.  I try to provide news and reviews to the best of my abilities, but I can only find news by searching the internet and speaking with other people--I am not a news
source.  The reveiws are based on my witnessing of the anime, not the manga (though these are rather short or vacant all together...-_-)  If you find something here that seems extraordinary, look it up elsewhere, too, to make sure that it's more than just rumor.  Also, some parts of this site have not been updated in a long time, so you may find old news (or rumor) about this place.  The Gemini Project is, however, reported directly and with permission from Heavy Cat Multimedia.  Since it was big news before, it will stay near the front of the page.

If you wish to contact me, my momentary adress is
[email protected].  I'll have to make a new one soon, and will try to post it once I have.  You can also leave me a note in my guestbook.

My pumpkin carving for the 2003 Halloween season
    - Sketch a few simple drawings of favorite anime characters.  Aproximate their sizes to compare to that of your selected pumpkin.

- On thin but durable paper (I used cheap, gray newsprint), draw your character by focusing on thick lines to outline the sections to be cut out.
               -
Be careful!  Don't seclude any section of pumkin so that, when you carve your drawing, the pumkin peices will fall out and you just have a funny shaped hole.
       -
Shade in your pieces to be cut out

- Examine.  Will there be enough sturdy pieces to hold your pumkin together?  Look very closely.  Use my example for reference.  You may have to make a line stop before it hits its destination so that there is pumkin holding it in place.

- Cut off excess paper on your drawing and fix it to the desired surface of your prepared pumpkin with tape.

- Use something (such as an unloved pen or a toothpick) to trace the lines of your drawing by poking small puncture holes through the paper and pumpkin skin.  Make them close enough that you'll see the pattern when you remove your paper, but not so close you only have mush.  Lay the paper flat as necessary against the pumpkin.

- Remove the pattern (all together when you are done, or at peices at a time) and, if necessary, trace the lines with a pen, or shade in the areas with a pencil.
       - Be careful and use carving utensils sizable to accomodate your carving (I actually used the "Pumpkin Masters" tools;
be wary of small lines or cicles).  Place candle in pumpkin and light it while yelling, "Mars fire ignight!"
For the 2003 Halloween season, I was fealing festive in the areas of anime.  I thought about those "Pumkin Masters" carving kits and figured that I ought to do one of my own.  Here it is!  Sailor Moon from her traditional look in the first season.  I also made two moogle carvings, one of which my dad actually carved. It was very fun; if you want to try it, follow these steps:
