The first "email update" was sent out to supportive Queenslanders on Friday 27th February:-

Goodafternoon
Everyone,
If you've
received this email, you're on my "email update" list. If you
want to be removed, please let me know. I'll be sending out updates about
once every 2 to 3 months.
Here's the
news.
On January
22nd 2004, every member of the Queensland Parliament was sent 3 key questions in
regard to seatbelts on school buses (they were sent to the 8 new members on the
8th & 12th of Feb). So far, over 5 weeks later (for most parliamentary
members) - and one one "official reminder" later (sent 19th Feb), only
25 out of 89 potential replies have been received. Out of the 25 received
- only 2 members actually address the questtions that have been asked - and
Caroline Male (ALP, Glasshouse), would probably win the prize for being the most
dismissive and disinterested. You can access complete details on all
members at:-
http://www.geocities.com/seatbelts2004/correspondence.htm
Also, many
thanks to Elly, Editor of "The Mary Valley Voice" (Sunshine Coast
Hinterland Region). I got the copy of your latest edition that you sent
(Feb 10). I was thrilled to see the prominent article in regard to
seatbelts on school buses.
