SO FOR THOSE WHO DON�T KNOW, WHO IS IN AntiProduct AND WHAT DOES EACH MEMBER DO? there's me (USA) and my four friends (I have more than four friends but Slipknot already did the nine people thing) Clare pproduct (UK)(lead guitar, vox, Giant Rock Goddess Uber Chick), Milena Yum (Argentina?!?!?)(keys, guitar, vox, sugar and spice, Marina Metallina (IT)(bass, beer swillin', chain smokin' sex party), Simon Gonk (UK)(lunatic beater of things and stuff-the guy scares me sometimes, honestly). Nice to meat you. HOW DID YOU ALL MEET AND COME TO FORM A BAND TOGETHER? It's simple really. I tried to pick all of them up at one time or another and used being in a band as the groovy bait. WHO ARE YOUR INFLUENCES AND IDOLS? Pictures of me from the past. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF MUSIC? Pop for mass murdererererers. WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO CALL YOURSELVES AntiProduct? Led Zeppelin was already taken. So was Robbie Williams. YOU HAVE A NEW ALBUM COMING OUT. TELL US ABOUT IT. It's called MADE IN USA and it's the concept album about survival in the most fucked up of mind controlling times. No really, it's set in the future. Really. No, I'm being serious. WHAT CAN FANS EXPECT FROM IT? HOW WILL IT DIFFER FROM YOUR DEBUT, �CONSUME AND DIE�? Well, Consume was really a solo album. Left to my own devices I'm kinda sensitive Eels guy, let's make a difference and be happy. In AntiProduct, I could give a shit and hate everything because of how violent Si is most of the time. This guy's passion has actually saved my life. We're each other's support system. The funny thing is as we get to know one another better, I fuckin' hate everyone of 'em (Clare particularly) with a hostility unparalled in time and I wish...Uh, I'm sorry, what was the question? This time it's a band and you literally get everyone's perspective and their influences rather than just me, me me, ME, all the time. Personally, I'm sick of me and fed up with my own bullshit. YOU TOUR A LOT. WHICH BANDS HAVE YOU MOST ENJOYED PLAYING LIVE WITH? Everyone was spectacular. Japan with The Wildhearts was an experience I will find hard to surpass. The Murderdolls tour was insane and those guys really should take it a bit easy. I can't imagine how they do it everynight. Seriously, that was awesome and we got to meet so many people that were on the fence about AntiProduct (especially after our less than awesome Ozzfest performance) and really got the point this time. We also met them half way. Devin Townsend. Genius every night for 2 weeks. Insane. Ozzy! Havin' dinner with Milena and Marina with Robert Trujillo and Mike Borden on one side and Kerry King and Jeff fuckin' Hannenman on the other. Stop it! And that was just in the first two years. IF YOU COULD PLAY WITH ANY OTHER BAND IN THE WORLD, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY? Uh, how about Cheap Trick head lines and AntiProduct, Mindless Self Indulgence and the Shazam round out the bill. Great White could open. WILL YOU BE PLAYING ANY OF THE SUMMERS FESTIVALS? If everyone makes an effort to let those who decide know that we should be. DO YOU GET NERVOUS BEFORE GOING ON STAGE? I get psyched up to the point that my veins start hurting. My only problem is not literally exploding. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU DO AFTER A GIG? Jack off on one of the girls. WHEN AND WHERE WAS THE FIRST AntiProduct GIG? DO YOU REMEMBER IT WELL? HOW DID IT GO? It was great and I do. Acoustic at the 12 Bar. Awesome. WHICH OF YOUR LYRICS ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF? the ones that rhyme. I guess Bungge means alot to me. AS A BAND, WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT TO DATE? Staying together and always working on the band to try to become something truly special. WHAT WOULD YOU DO CAREER WISE IF YOU WEREN�T IN A BAND? Live in a box WHAT DO YOU THINK OF TV SHOWS SUCH AS POPSTARS AND FAME ACADEMY? I think it's awesome that it actually DOES become successful. How pathetic are we? WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME? Type emails WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS ON THE WAR WITH IRAQ? I think George Bush is a piece of shit and that he has no idea how big a piece of shit he is and when he does it will be too late. YOU SEEM TO HAVE QUITE A DEDICATED FOLLOWING. WHAT DO YOUR FANS MEAN TO YOU? Constant hassle. If it wasn't for the other four members in AntiProduct and the people who absolutely, fanatically, astoundingly, love us (I mean, we all got self-esteem issues here at AntiProduct Corp.) I would not be getting ready to tour and release an album. I'd be living in New Zealand but they all kept me alive over Christmas, in no uncertain terms. It was pretty black for me after the album got hijacked due to "a managerial fuck-up." We're really close. WHAT FIRST INSPIRED YOU TO JOIN/FORM A BAND? My need to be an obsessive control freak WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT STARTING UP A BAND? Don't. I don't know.
