Fantasy Fudge

This is a beautiful white fudge recipe that is easy to make and will earn you praise from your friends and family.
Ingredients:
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts (any type of nuts will work)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces white chocolate or white chocolate chips
1 seven ounce jar of Marshmallow Creme
Directions:
Grease a 13x9 inch pan and set aside.
Combine the sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate until it is melted and mixed in well.
Add the Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla extract and beat the mixture until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Pour
the fudge into a prepared pan and let it cool to room temperature. Cut
the fudge into squares once it has completely cooled.
Makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
