Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

You can enjoy the seeds from a pumpkin you hollow out by spicing them and baking them for a fun snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Line a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Spread the seeds into the prepared pan once all the seeds have been thoroughly coated.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Increase heat to 325 degrees and bake 5 for minutes longer, or until seeds are dry and lightly browned.
Serve warm, or cool before storing in an airtight container. Yield: 2 cups.
