Vanilla French Toast

Ingredients:
4 one-inch thick slices of multi grain bread
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of sugar
Directions:
Beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar in a mixing bowl until combined.
Soak the bread in the egg mixture until covered well.
Heat a frying pan to medium heat and cook each piece of bread about 1-2
minutes per side, or until they are nice and brown. Lift the toast with
a spatula while cooking in order to check to make sure they do not burn.
