Low Fat Oat Cookies

 These are not only good to eat, but are unbelievably easy to make!

Ingredients:
 
2 large ripened bananas
1 cup of quick oats
Chocolate Chips, Coconut, or Nuts if desired.

 
Directions:

1Mash the bananas in a bowl until it is a paste consistency and stir in the oats and the Chocolate Chips, Coconut, or Nuts if desired. Place heaping tablespoon sized dollops of the mixture on a greased or lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and let cool on a cooling rack or plate. Can be served either warm or room temperature.
