Easy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
 
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2
Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1
Fifteen Ounce
can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/4 cups Evaporated Milk
2
Eggs, beaten

Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425Degrees.
 
Mix the filling ingredients
in large mixing bowl and pour into the pie crust.
 

Bake for 15 minutes then reduce the oven temperature to 350
degrees and bake for 40 to 50 minutes longer, or until a metal knife inserted near center comes out clean.
 
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours before serving
or refrigerating until serving time.
 
Serve with whipped cream and store in the refrigerator.
