
1 tbsp plain flour
¼ pt (150ml) milk
4oz (110g)cooked white fish
2 tbsp frozen peas, cooked
Gradually add milk, stirring continuously. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Flake the fish with a fork in a mixing bowl, making completely sure to find and remove all the bones, and mash with the peas until combined well. Add in the white sauce according to desired texture and flavor.
