Ingredients: (for 1 foot) 2 lbs. ground beef, turkey, or chicken
1 1/2 medium onions
1 egg
4 garlic cloves
breadcrumbs
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 tbsp instant broth
ketchup
chili sauce (can substitute
ketchup if wished) Directions:Pre-heat your oven to 350 F. Cut the onion in half and cut from each half a 3/8 inch thick slice, this will be the bone once everything is cooked. Cut toe nails from the outer layer of the onion. Chop the remaining onion and the garlic cloves into small cubes.
Mix
the ground meat with the egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt,
pepper, and ketchup. You can use a spoon or spatula to mix everything,
but I've found that just going at it with my bare hands works best.
(Just remember to wash your hands well before and after mixing, even
under your fingernails!)
Form 2 feet out of the meat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add the chili sauce on top (the cut off part of the foot) so that it looks like blood, place 1 onion slice on top of the foot so that it looks like the cut off bone and put the onion pieces you cut as toe nails on top of the toes.
Bake
the feet for 20 minutes and add some more chili sauce on the top
of the foot. Bake for another 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Enjoy your feet warm or chilled!
