Ingredients:
Slice
of butter
1
banana, sliced
Pinch
of
cinnamon
2
tbsp
freshly squeezed orange juice
Directions:
Melt
the butter in a sauce pan. Add the banana and cinnamon to the
melted butter and cook for 2 minutes.
Add orange juice and cook for another 2 mins.
Remove from heat and mash with a fork until the mixture is smooth. Serve when cooled enough
to prevent burning tender mouths.
